Had an awful experience buying a car from this dealership. Sold me a car that had MULTIPLE things wrong with it (Burst shock absorb, damaged parcel tray, gear stock cover fell down, etc) the car went back 5 times to be sorted. The cover cars were also dangerous! They do not care about the customer and are definitely a money making company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
A great selection of cars, honest, genuine & true to their word. It was refreshing to actually deal with someone like this after speaking to so many other dealers. I can honestly recommend the company and particularly Tom. I am really pleased with my car & the bottle of wine as a gift was a nice touch. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to buy another car from them. Had an amazing experience from start to finish and now have a wonderful mercedes A class! Tom the sales person was brilliant. So easy to make an appointment to view the car, and then it just got even easier and better when we arrived. Very welcoming, as soon as we stepped into the building we were acknowledged and seen to straight away. I was left to view the car in my own time, as well as test drive it with no pressure and no rush. I recently had another experience a week before with a different dealership and it does not even come close to how Tom and the rest of the team at Mylson were and how they treated me. I was even the first person to try the dart board with the dart music! It added such a good atmosphere and made me feel so at ease. Wasnt too serious and everyone could have a laugh, however it was still professional and was a good balance throughout. The actual buying and processing was also very easy and i understood Tom clearly in any information he gave. I dont have a negative thing to say about my experience, would highly recommend getting a car from here. Also, thank you so much to the whole team and Tom for the box of wine too, it was a lovely touch and added to the celebratory feeling of purchasing a car. Would highly recommend!!!!
Really happy with the Audi I bought from these guys. The car was exactly as described, drove perfectly and was presented really well. The whole process was smooth and efficient \u2014 they let me test drive straight away and the deal was done quickly with no messing about. They also sorted fitting my private plate for me, which made everything even easier. Friendly, professional service throughout. Would definitely recommend and wouldn\u2019t hesitate to buy from them again.
Tom was great, from initial contact to purchase. This is my 3rd car from Mylson, visiting the show room we were left to view at our leisure, no pressure, so when the final car was chosen we knew it was the right one! Great team, great selection of cars and very happy with the service. I\u2019m now banned from a new car for a few years, but would definitely use Mylson every time!!! :-)
Outstanding end-to-end service and genuine aftercare: I recently purchased a Mercedes A-Class from Mylson and the experience was first-class from start to finish. The Viewing & Sales Process: Mark was great from the very beginning. From the initial appointment being booked to the viewing itself, he was incredibly professional. He allowed my wife and I to view the car without 'hovering' over us, giving us the space and time we needed to ensure it was the right car for us. It was a relaxed, no-pressure environment that we really appreciated. Attention to Detail: We noticed a few scratches on the vehicle during the viewing. Without any hassle, Mark ensured that as part of preparing the vehicle for us, it was sent to their workshop to have those scratches professionally removed and painted. The car was immaculate when we picked it up. The Aftercare (The Standout): Even after the sale, Mark\u2019s communication remained excellent. I noticed a minor technical issue with the smartphone integration firmware. Even when I was messaging him after the purchase, he was willing to help and immediately asked me to bring the car back in. Their technician was fantastic\u2014he diagnosed the software issue and got it working with my phone while I waited. It\u2019s easy for a garage to be nice when they\u2019re taking your money, but you see their true quality when there\u2019s a small issue to fix. If you're looking for a quality vehicle backed by honest, top-tier service, I highly recommend speaking to Mark and the team at Mylson. A proper 5-star Manchester dealer.
