MSS Motor Group are trustworthy and honest. You cannot ask for anything more when buying a car. Not to mention good guys in general which for me is paramount when buying a car. Some dealers have bad reps for just trying to turn cars over however you get a genuine sense of care from MSS. They’ve earned my retention for my next purchase, thanks again guys.

I received a top class service from Joe during the sale, the communication and accommodation was flawless throughout but for me I couldn’t have asked for a better after sales services from Max. Bought a BMW 420d from MSS Motor Group and the whole process was very smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The team made everything straightforward from start to finish. There was a small issue with the car’s TPMS after purchase, but the staff were extremely helpful and got it sorted quickly with no stress at all. Great customer service and a very professional experience overall. Highly recommend MSS Motor Group.

MSS Motor Group bought my BMW through motorway. Offered me far more than anywhere else did, and make quick contact with me to arrange collection of the car. Once collected, payment was made immediately and they were free to answer any questions I had. Would definitely deal with them again in future.

Not recommended at all, they’re driver come to me a day late and plug in to see if my bmw has errors , of course it has , even if you’re cleared after start they come back because that’s a BMW , the car has bmw service history from main dealer , last one on 86.000 without any issues and now suddenly after 2000 miles car has whatever you’re driving it’s saying it has , and he nearly crash the car on the driveway payment “ pro driver “ that’s why I’m disgusted

Great service from start to finish drove 5hrs to pick the car up and it didn't disappoint car looked great photos didn't give it justice the guys were great no issues and away within 40min perfect

Recently sold my car via MSS using Motorway. Customer service was excellent - Max and Colin kept me updated at every step and collection was organised within 48 hours. MSS found a couple of faults on the vehicle I wasn’t aware of and the price was reduced slightly on the day. MSS were open and transparent and still offered a fair price for the car. Would highly recommend for anyone selling a vehicle.
