Wow, where do i start with, if you have any doubts about this dealership and their work and ethics, please dont. I purchased a BMW 420i X drive from then back in Nov 2025. The customer service and after sale care has been nothing but excellent. Ive been scammed many times by dealerships and was wary of this. However Max has been amazing! My car has had a few issues, nothing major...which max sorted out straight away. The car was fine when it was delivered and i picked up on a few issues which Max sorted out straight away for me. Whilst also providing me with a courtesy car. Car came back sorted. Unfortunately for me the car then developed a coolant leak couple months later, which i was dreading to fix as BMW cooling issues can be costly....when i mentioned it to Max...he just took care of it! Whilst also providing me with a premium Audi A7 courtesy car just because it was the 2nd time the car was going back to them. They also replaced parts which were due to go bad which hadnt even gone bad yet, just so they left me 100% happy. What customer service, if only all dealers were like this. Honestly they provided me with better service and customer after care than most main dealers, for anyone reading this review, these guys are amazing and they make sure you are 100% happy and will never leave you with a car with issues. What some customers dont understand is there has to be compromise and effort from both ends and with my self and max we managed to sort out the issues the car has smoothly with great transparency!! Thanks alot Max!! You guys have been great and i will 100% be back for my next car to you guys!!
I recently bought my A class from MSS Motor group and honestly could not be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the customer service from Joe was excellent. The team were incredibly friendly, professional, and always kept us updated with great communication throughout the process. What really stood out was that unlike other dealerships , Joe was not pushy at all and took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed before making any decisions. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers. The quality of the cars they sell is amazing at reasonable prices. Everything was sorted for us so quickly and efficiently, including the MOT, servicing, and valeting, which made the whole process so much easier . Even the delivery was super fast and seamless, before I knew it the car was at my front door! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality car and an outstanding buying experience. This was the first time of dealing with mss motor group and i can now understand why they have 5 stars. If you want a perfect, friendly customer service experience then mss is the place to go. It was the little bits that others forget that makes the difference. Washing the car because of a bit of dust even though their detailer was off for the day. Changing the batteries in the key fobs which was a first for me and i have dealt with a few other garages. The most impressive thing i found was there was no pressure to buy a car which made the whole experience stress free. By the time i had left in my new car i felt like i had known the team for years. A big thank you for the perfect experience and i will be using again
