Great experience from the start. Martin is great and makes you feel as ease , transparent & knowledgable about the cars & products absolute pleasure to deal with. Made the long journey to see and collect the car & he even made the effort to collect me from the station. Had a couple of minor issues and Martin dealt with them straight away and efficiently. Highly recommend MS Supercars Thanks again Martin
I was looking for an focus rs and when I spoke to martin he couldn't of been more helpful he explained all the service history on the car and he gave me a good price for my trade-in and all this was before I made the trip down from Wakefield and ive got to say wat a pleasure it was meeting martin no pushy sales just a down to earth guy very friendly and polite made sure he went through everything again before I was committed and he went the extra mile if I was guna get another car ( which i won't because I love the one I bought ) i would defo go back. Thanks again martin
MS Supercars has a nice little showroom but unfortunately that's were the good stuff ends. On the way home from MS after purchasing a car i discovered a fault. I rang MS as soon as I arrived home, 'we've not noticed that before' was the reply and that's really about all they had to say on the matter no 'bring it back and we'll take a look or get it sorted' so I had to sort this out myself. In the first week/100 miles of owning the car i spent \xa3390 on repairs and diagnostics. MS sent me back just \xa3200! The prep on the car was pretty poor, in that first week i had low coolant level, no power steering fluid in the reservoir and only water in the windscreen wash- no detergent. As for the 'Evolution Ultimate Warranty' that MS put on all there cars this is a complete joke, it may look great on paper but 55 days after submitting an approved claim I still have not been refunded by them! No wonder the 5 garages i spoke to didn't want to deal with them and would only work for me direct. I still have issues to this day which I am working through as i love the car and didn't want to return it. The car was advertised as having FSH which after reading through the paperwork it does not and i was also promised an oil change before collecting but 500 miles into ownership 'Oil Change In 30 Days' appeared on my dash. I had the oil changed, it was definitely not changed 500 miles previously. This is a dealer which is best avoided in my opinion.
I had been looking for another Porsche 911 (996) for some time and nothing really stood out until I came across MS Supercars in Lincoln. They had an excellent website, and my initial enquiry about a 911 was responded to very quickly by Martin, the owner. He was polite, well-spoken and was obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about his cars. There was no pressure or clever selling tactics from Martin - he just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle at all stages of the purchase. I traded in my car against the Porsche and was offered a very fair price for mine. Nothing was too much trouble and Martin's eye for detail meant that a couple of small things that I wanted, were dealt with quickly and professionally. Meeting Martin (and his colleague Andy) was a true pleasure, and the deal was done over a nice cup of coffee (and snacks) at a mutual location because of the distance we would have to travel from the west country. Can't thank Martin and his team enough. A true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Good luck for the future. Best wishes Mike, Georgina and Willow.
Martin - thank you so much for looking after me so well. The Porsche Boxster is exactly as you described and well worth the 500 mile round trip from the south coast. You did a great job preparing it and thank you for picking me up from the station as well :) Everything is in perfect order and it has been a pleasure to do business with you and see some of the other lovely Porsches you have in stock. All the best. Mike
Martin made the purchase of my new car so simple, no pressure just facts and I trusted him as he told me as it is. Bought a super Porsche from him and then bonus upon bonus, I sold him my car and he gave me a great price and the sale wasn’t as straight forward as we’d all like (nothing on his side) but no barrier or hurdle stopped him sorting it out. Thoroughly nice guy too .. So win:win and I don’t often do recommendations as I find the service and enthusiasm in car dealers normally leaves me cold but not with this guy …it’s his business and his knowledge and expertise shine through and his enthusiasm too. Give him a try and if he hasn’t got the car you want in stock I’ll bet he’ll even help you find the right one, but you’ll want to buy from him.. Anyways that’s enough smoke \U0001f4a8 being blown up his …
Martin made the purchase of my wife's new car an absolutely pleasure. No pressure at all and a great experience. However, where Martin really excelled was when a large problem developed with the car. This could of happened to any dealer , but Martin pulled out all the stops to get it sorted at a significant cost to himself . My calls were always returned promptly. First class after sales service . We wouldn't hesitate buying another car from here. Thanks for everything Martin
