I have recently part exchanged my old car and purchased a new one through motor range. I had an excellent experience which was a smooth and easy process for whenever I was ready to purchase. Staff were friendly and reliable in particular Matt who got everything ready and sorted with my car. Highly recommend.
I came in to view a car I’d seen on the website, and ended up speaking with Andrei. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all to make a purchase, was able to explain all finance options and kept in contact with me throughout the entire purchase process. Andrei made the entire process so easy, took away any concerns I had regarding swapping cars and payments etc. also a massive thanks to Nathan for helping explain finance options to me (as someone who isn’t so glued up) I ended up getting the car within 3 days! I will definitely be coming back here when it’s time to get my next one… couldn’t recommend enough.
Very happy with my experience overall had an issue with my vehicle shortly after purchase and Leighton was amazing he looked after me gave me a courtesy car while they repaired my vehicle no questions asked. Leighton the sales manager went above and beyond and i couldn’t have asked for anything more. Be confident knowing if any issues pop up motor range Manchester will look after you.
I feel really disappointed with my experience dealing with this company, I part exchanged a BMW 2series for a BMW i3, I was initially offered only £6000 for my car, the car I bought was just over £10000. When I said I was going to look at another garage the sales rep offered £200 more and I stupidly accepted. I was sold a warranty for £699 which I later decided to cancel as there were so many exclusions when I read the policy details which I only received after signing up. It took me weeks to get my refund from them. I was lied to several times by staff members and the final straw was the day after I picked my car up my old car was on their website selling for £9500 ! I feel really upset that they do this to people. And so I would urge people to think again before using this company. If you allowed no star I would give that score.
