Brilliant when buying the car. No hassle at all, quick to respond to any queries and really helpful would recommend. However, having trouble with extremely slow responses regarding an existing issue with the car . The car had a chip in the windscreen which was not mentioned when buying the car and when asking for advice on how it can be repaired/who repaired (as I have been advised that it would need a new windscreen) I have had no response for a week and a half when I was told that this information would be sent over.
We recently purchased our Mazda Cx5 here and had a really great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Paul was really helpful throughout everything \u2014 he was very patient, professional, and always willing to answer our questions without making us feel rushed. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We are very happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
Martyn and Paul were excellent in helping me secure my BMW. It was a quick process they explained everything and all my options in terms of warranty and made me feel at ease and never pressured. Really grateful for their help and will hopefully be buying again from there in the future
