The experience at Motor Match Bolton was good because the process was very straightforward and James was very professional and attentive. I had already paid a deposit for the same car at another well known dealership who unfortunately breached our agreement. This lead me to explore other dealerships and I came across Motor Match in Bolton. I conducted my own research before making contact with the company as I wanted a company that I could trust. I called first thing on the Saturday morning at 9am and was greeted by James who invited me down for a viewing of the car. I explained about the terrible experience I had with the last dealership. James was very understanding and patient as I had my 2 year old with me who has special needs. James was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel assured. We test drove the car and fell in love with it. James assured me the car would be ready for me before the end of the week. The car was actually ready Withingon 2 days. It was a very swift process and I was so happy as he knew o needed the car urgently and had travelled from a different city. I also purchased 2 years warranty which has given me peace of mind. I also purchased the Guard X Protect which is a service exclusive to Motor Match and only available to you if you purchase a car. I was extremely impressed with the demonstration as this would further protect my vehicle from accidents that may occur with a potty training toddler. It is well worth the money and I highly recommend it! It has been a week since I purchased my new car and I am so happy with it. If you are thinking of purchasing your next or very first vehicle then I highly recommend Motor Match in Bolton. Please do not be put off if you live at a distance as you will be taken care of and it is a very straightforward process.
I would recommend Motor Match Bolton to friends and family because…there is an excellent range of cars to choose from with no pushy salesmen. James (the chap that dealt with me) was very friendly and knowledgeable, he even put a new battery in one of my key fobs! I got a fair price for my trade in and only had to wait 2 days to collect my new car. Plain sailing from start to finish…..and I love my new SEAT Arona FR. Highly recommended.
