Brought a car from here 5 months ago. Had issues within the first week and had to take it back a few times for it to be fixed, told me it had been serviced and new spark plugs. When more issues had occurred and the 3 months warranty was nearing the end I got fed up of them and went to my local garage and had to have a full service & new spark plugs. There\u2019s been more issues since and now the engine has failed. When I contacted them and made them aware under the consumer rights act they were despicably rude. I sent an email hoping for a response of some resolution and they\u2019ve ignored. They\u2019ll push you for maximum money and once they\u2019ve got it change their attitudes completely. Great salesman, poor trader. Don\u2019t waste your hard earned money here, if there\u2019s issues they\u2019ll tell you your money \u201cisn\u2019t a lot anyway\u201d. Response to your response - whilst I appreciate your efforts to water down my complaint you did not in fact provide a good service and for the cars age and mileage I remember you telling me on purchase \u201cit\u2019s a very good, clean car an older gentleman previously owned and so it just sat\u201d where was the talk of mileage and age then? If you don\u2019t value the money the same because of age and mileage maybe don\u2019t sell cars of that caliber. I can assure you when I called to talk about the issues you were anything but professional and friendly then. I know sometimes these things happen and it\u2019s out of the buyers control. I hope at least one person reads my review and decides not to waste their time or money. Have a day you deserve

I am happy with the Car Dealer who showed experience and excellent customer service, who listened to the customer and carried out the instructions without any complaint, or hesitation, very polite and kind. I would recommend anyone looking for a good used car to visit Motor Hunt UK Ltd
