Bought a vehicle online - arrived given 5 minutes to review as deliver Driver in hurry to leave. Found passenger rear door broken won’t open and window won’t open. The heater matrix doesn’t work - rear light lens broken- glovebox had no handle and boot full of water and washer matrix doesn’t work. Requested recontact from manager didn’t happen when spoke to staff denied all faults even though I have video evidence the day after delivery of all faults. Manager states it didn’t leave with any faults- funny how it had water extraction devices in vehicle to extract damp. Tried to sort matter with no avail- avoid
I recently purchased a car from Bath Audi and was impressed with the level of service throughout. Took my Audi to Cheltenham Branch for an MOT. It failed on a track rod end + 3 advisories on tyres. Took the vehicle to another garage to have the TRE fixed. Took the car back next day for mot. It failed on a tyre that passed the day before. The manager was very unhelpful, and when I returned after having the rear tyre changed he saw me come into the showroom, quickly disappeared and kept me waiting 40 minutes. When I took the car to have the tyre changed, all tyres were checked and I was advised none of the tyres were MOT failures. I’m not at all happy with the sloppy service given at Mon Motors, their prices are extortionate and their customer service is appalling.
I reserved a vehicle online with VWCV Bristol branch of Mon motors. I canceled verbally and via email the day after. No reply to emails or phone calls. Seems very strange that there isn't an online way to reverse my deposit payment of £250. Attempted to call more times than I can count. Finally spoke to somebody who would look into this and still no correspondence regarding refund. So I'll have to keep calling until maybe eventually I will get my money back! Beware putting a deposit down with this company.
