When we walked into Seafield road branch of arnold clarke used cars we didn't expect to be there about 4/5 hours buying our new to us car , however during the whole experience we were treated so well , Ross Hunter who looked after us was brilliant he listened to our every need for a new car , showed us some lovely cars until we found the one . The staff were quite happy for us to hang about while the sale went through and the car was made ready for us to take home , being washed etc even though no valaters on shift at weekend . The staff offering drinks and snacks while we waited . Ross and the other staff were really nice and friendly which made quite a stressful time easier to deal with . A+ for customer service
