Mercedes Benz Aylesbury were fantastic because Ryan and all staff gave excellent customer services throughout my time at the dealership. Great with little people too. (Kids) Ryan was great and gave me a really good experience listened to what we wanted and made it happen. If this dealership was nearer to us we would use for services.
I was happy with the service at Mercedes Benz Aylesbury because Ryan the sales person was very helpful and always gave us time to make a decision and also took time to explain the car spec to us. He’s an asset to your company as was 50/50 when coming but after few minutes with him - I was 100% done to buy it.
My experience at Mercedes Benz Aylesbury could have been better because upon picking up the car it had a lot of issues I said I did not want to take the car but Nicola said they would pick up the cay in 3 days to rectify the issues and to give them 1 chance to sort. They picked up the car had it for 2 weeks but when it came back still too many issues so I took the car back and exchanged it for a brand new car. I was very disappointed that the car cost me 2500 to drive home for 1 day
