I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because although pre- sales service was excellent, after sales service has been lacking. I requested the service history which they have failed to provide. The sales person Mr Connor who helped with the purchase said service history is all digital/online. I couldn’t find anything like that on Mercedes portal. Secondly I am still waiting for the one year warranty documents!
I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because they misled me into buying a vehicle. I purchased as it was advertised as being Mercedes Benz used approved but found out after paying it actually wasn’t but they didn’t bother telling me. Was told i would get 12 months warranty as a compensation but they have not sent this and it’s been over a month since i purchased! Have had to maje a formal complaint through Mercedes benz as Dan the manager at Ascot is not bothering to deal with this since he has our money they don’t really care. Shocking service and horrendous after care.
Mercedes Benz of Ascot were fantastic because everything was prepared and no delay in the service. The only thing which I would flag here is, for a customer a car is something which they are buying it new. So even if it is approved/used, it is a new one for them. I would request the dealership to give the same experience to the customers who are buying the approved/used vs the new ones. I am talking in terms of celebrating the car after the purchase with a mercedes backdrop like you do for the new car purchases. Other than that, everything was perfect and smooth. I would strongly recommend !!
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Ascot was memorable because Olivia went above and beyond for us. There was a few issues with the car to start with, and every issue found Olivia sorted for us. Not only did she go out of her way to get everything done for us in a timely manner, she also came down to us and collected the car herself when it needed the repairs. She is half the reason we went ahead and got the car. All I can say is thank you so much Olivia, and you deserve a pay rise or promotion.
