Bought the new Van, inquired on Sunday, very easy process the team were excellent - delivered it Friday. No problems what so ever, great garage, comes with peace of mind warranty, even extended to two years. Whenever I requested information they provided straight away, can\u2019t fault them. 10/10. The car arrived as per expectations . I was told it needed a new tyre ( as there was a little damage on the side wall ) but they gave me 2 to keep them matched . Without pressing I was given an 18 month warranty . Through my own fault I was having difficulty with the immobiliser and I was attended to immediately. My vehicle drives perfectly , looks stunning and come with a huge discount . I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be using this garage again in the future .
So pleased with my Fiesta St-Line, naturally a little guarded with it being a repaired Cat N, even though that means only cosmetic damage and not structural. Arrived on a one way train ticket, fully prepared to get the train back if i wasnt 100% happy, but from first contact my mind was put at rest, the car looked great, I was checking panel seams etc , all looked good, an odd wheel rim scuff and tiny car park dink, but what 6 year old car doesnt have those, nothing to do with the Cat N damage. It drove lovely on the test drive. They couldnt have been more helpful. Putting a new 12 month MOT on it before I got there even though it didnt need doing as it had quite a few months on it still, and this was done by a proper local reputable busy garage not a dodgy one where you wonder how they passed it. Not just that but they sorted the advisories which they didnt have to do. Only a week in but I have every faith in this little car, so glad I went. The only thing I would say to make this better would be to have documents to show proof of the repair work carried out for when you sell the car, but other than that, all good :-)
I would also like to point out that the cost estimate, which was supposed to be done in my presence to ensure full transparency about the condition of the vehicle, was prepared earlier without me. This is not acceptable and raises serious concerns about the honesty of the whole process. In my opinion, this shows an attempt to hide the true condition of the car and the full truth about its history and damage.
How can you publish such false information? These are serious defamatory statements. If you maintain your position and claim that you bear no responsibility, I hereby inform you that I will report this matter to the appropriate authorities so that it can be thoroughly investigated. I will personally ensure that this happens. Additionally, I will be publishing accurate information along with photographic evidence clearly showing the extent of the damage including the fact that a vehicle unfit for driving was approved for use.
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Karwan, the owner, and his fantastic team. We travelled all the way from Ireland to purchase a car, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Excellent service from the guys at the garage. Had a couple of issues to sort with my car after purchase which they had no problem doing. I was given a courtesy car without asking, in case the repairs took longer than needed which was so kind! Very professional, very timely service and extremely happy with my car!
