I was looking to purchase a new car and thought let me check what was available at Audi Manchester. Thankfully I was lucky to be met by Murt who was knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure he could find me a car that would fit all the requirements I wanted. Finding a car is half of the job, but the service is what makes someone purchase a car, and Murt provided 10/10 customer service. Thank you very much!

Just bought my new car from Audi Manchester and I must say (having worked in car dealerships myself) the customer service was exceptional. Ben was a breath of fresh air when it comes to selling a car. There was no hard sell, he answered all of my questions with genuine patience, clarity and honesty. He needs a bonus! Would definitely recommend Manchester Audi and Ben in particular.

Most of staff were at their desks on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Walked pass around 8 plus staff on the. Absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement that I even existed! Shockingly poor customer service.

This place is a joke. I made an appointment here for my Audi as it had an issue that Halfords couldn’t sort. I dealt with Mo (Mohammed) communication was poor throughout and in the end paid for work that wasn’t even linked to the problem I took it in for in the first place… and I took finance out to pay for it! Still have the same issue nearly 4 months later. Tried to contact them multiple times, was told my part was on order multiple times but never arrived. I escalated complaint to management and they were meant to call me back to resolve the issue today but…no call! I would avoid taking your car here, all you’ll get is a load of ball ache.

Purchased a car from Ben at Manchester Audi, after nor the best experience with the dealership, in December. However this was resolved by Ben, restoring my faith in the dealership. Also staff in dealership very friendly and welcoming.
