One of the best customer service experience I have received ever. Milo was in communication process with me 24/7, didn\u2019t matter if it were 6am in the morning or 9pm at night, there dedication really shined through when helping to make the car buying experience as smooth as possible. Really really good experience and buying the car was hassle free even with it being finance the whole process was made so easy. The car itself was wonderful and couldn\u2019t be more pleased with it. Absolutely horrendous experience with DCC. Purchased a used Mazda3 that turned out to have inbuilt issue. The car was clearly sold knowing about the problem. To add insult to injury, they promised buy-back assistance when I wanted to sell the car, but when the time came, they completely ghosted me. Felt completely cheated and misled. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
I\u2019ve brought a lovely car with the help of Milo. He was absolutely amazing and talked me through every stage of the process which was so important to me as I was getting the car delivered after buying it online and not seeing it. He was also very friendly and has great customer service , I had a great experience buying with him and would fully recommend to anyone looking at DCC.

My family and I as well as my friends have purchased cars from DCC Southampton before and I cannot recommend them enough, especially following two awful experiences I had recently, where a car I bought from Reading broke down a couple of days later and another car dealer, from Whitchurch, who sells classic cars, ripped me off of my deposit money. I highly recommend DCC cars and thank you, Milo, Richard and the owners for selling me a beautiful car.
If you plan on part exchanging a car, I\u2019d recommend going elsewhere. Garage has had my car for a month now and still hasn\u2019t settled the finance on my part exchange so I\u2019m now having to pay for 2 cars, regardless having asked them multiple times to get it sorted as soon as possible. In addition, was told the car that I purchased from them was in \u201cexcellent condition\u201d. Drove 5 hours to pick it up and front bumper paintwork had corrosion and the touchups that were done to it did not blend with the rest of the paint, there was a dent in rear passenger door, front passenger headlight covered in scuffs, fog light cover had been glued together and the mirror on passenger side fell off whilst driving back. This has ended up being quoted \xa3500 worth of repairs that should have been completed prior to handover. DCC covered the cost of this at my request.
