I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from this garage, and I had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and honest, and the price was fair. The car was exactly as described, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.
I am writing this as a second review, as my first review was deleted, which already says a lot about how this business operates. When I first came to enquire about the car, a young bearded salesman named Berad told me the vehicle had already had a full service and that there were no issues at all. Based on this assurance, I went ahead and purchased the car. The vehicle was a 2019 Mercedes A-Class with 39,000 miles. Within the first week, the car broke down due to a coolant leak. From that point onwards, issue after issue appeared within the first two months of ownership, including: Engine misfire Engine overheating Brake pad issues Jolting while driving Illegal tyre tread Rear left tyre repeatedly deflating Cracked rear tyre Every time I raised these problems with Mehdi (the owner), I was told “I’ll call you back” — and he never did. No call back, no message, no follow-up. I was repeatedly ignored and my issues were delayed unless I spam-called or physically turned up at the showroom, where I was still made to wait. Eventually, the car developed a head gasket failure, with coolant mixing into the engine oil, leading to the car breaking down permanently and resulting in thousands of pounds lost. It later became obvious that the car had never been serviced, despite being told otherwise. I demanded that they service it, which they eventually did — and even that experience was unacceptable. I dropped the car off at 10am, and it was not ready until 7pm. For a “service” that involved only two things: Engine oil change Oil filter replacement That is it. Two basic items. Yet it took 9 hours. Excuses were made about handling “over 100 cars”, but if that’s the case, don’t ask customers to bring their cars in early. Poor planning is not the customer’s problem. This is by far the worst dealership experience I’ve had in London. Communication is terrible, accountability is non-existent, and once they have your money, you are ignored. Problems are delayed, brushed off, or outright avoided. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away unless you want stress, wasted time, and major financial loss. Ive git proof of everything documented i wanna see them try and say some bullshit. MEHDIs excuse is that he took my car to 3 garages who are his own recommendation and friends and they all said theres no issue. The 1 time i take it to a garage of my own choice they immedtaiely said head gasket was blown in which MEHDI didnt want to pay for damages and kept prolonging the issue as he knows its a 3000-4000 repair bill. Just cause 3 people say theres no issue doesnt mean theres no issue. No customer will fake a claim just to have a repair done. it wastes my time and their time.
Unreliable dealership - NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Bought a nissan qashqai tekna+ from Behrad. The car was sold to me with illegal tread depth, critical brake wear and lipped brake disc. I was not shown a warranty form, a major service was overdue at point of sale and I was not notified, the car mats were missing and to top it all off, the battery completely failed during the cold weather. Behrad refused all legal options for recovery/repair and expected me to drive a critically unsafe vehicle 2 hours to London for repairs! I have informed my finance company to enforce repairs under the consumer rights act. This dealership is dodgy, if you’re buying a car from them, make sure you check EVERYTHING!
If I could give 0 I would. My family recieved a car that broke down within 1 month of purchase and Lennox were the absolute worst to deal with. Long story short we had to get legal advice and get the ombudsman involved to get compensation. I would say, save yourself the stress and don't go here. Medhi the owner sent very unprofessional emails to us too, borderline blackmailing.
Dodgy dealership. They choose not to register with the Motor Ombudsman, which means if (or when) things go wrong, you’re on your own. Check the 1-star reviews — there are plenty of issues, and without proper protection you’ll just end up stressed and stuck. Avoid.
