Bought my car at 20-07-2025 and received a parking penalty at 17-7-2025, the ticket is the second one so they charge me 50% because the first one is on them. They just put my name on to get rid of the penalty, when i text them obviously they’re not respond to my DM.

If I could give 0 I would. My family recieved a car that broke down within 1 month of purchase and Lennox were the absolute worst to deal with. Long story short we had to get legal advice and get the ombudsman involved to get compensation. I would say, save yourself the stress and don't go here. Medhi the owner sent very unprofessional emails to us too, borderline blackmailing.

Dodgy dealership. They choose not to register with the Motor Ombudsman, which means if (or when) things go wrong, you’re on your own. Check the 1-star reviews — there are plenty of issues, and without proper protection you’ll just end up stressed and stuck. Avoid.

I had a great car buying experience. The car itself is excellent, well priced, and I’m really enjoying all of the features. Behrad was very helpful throughout the process he put me at ease and took the time to guide me through how to use the car properly, which I really appreciated. I recently purchased a car from Lennox autos. I traveled a long way and bought the car blind. So I was a bit apprehensive about getting home, but to be honest the car drove faultless, no problems at all. So I'm a happy customer. I would buy again from the guys at Lennox autos.
