I purchased a Nissan from John Keeble earlier this year. First impressions of the garage were that they were the friendliest garage I encountered on my search. Unfortunately there was an intermittent fault with the Nissan. This took a lot of time to sort out, and although frustrating, the garage did everything they could until the fault was resolved. They were helpful and genuine.
John Keebles........I regret going there in the FIRST PLACE because i brought a car from them and I constantly had problems with the battery,I went to the main dealer after several months of trying KEEBLES to sort it out,but I kept going round and round in circles with KEEBLES which they kept telling me it was not the BATTERY JUST IGNORE THE BATTERY WARNING LIGHT which I did and I always ended up with a dead battery,I did ask KEEBLES for help when I got stuck for a jump start,and they could not even bother help me even then and I was still under GUARANTEE with KEEBLES so I had to pay my breakdown to get car over to them,BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY USED MY BREAKDOWN SERVICE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND SO IN THE END I went to the main dealer and they told me straight away that the BATTERY WAS NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH FOR THIS CAR,SO I HAD TO GET A NEW BATTERY AND SINCE THEN it has started FIRST TIME EVERY TIME so I still regret the day I walked into KEEBLES please avoid them if you don't want to keep paying out up to you never again will I ever step in there again and now I have swapped the registration plates for 2 new plates because they had Keebles on them, so now my car ain't got nothing on it to remind me of them, I am finally free of that name no reminders on the car anywhere never go back ever again!!!!!!!! NEVER ///ALSO they did ring me up saying sorry and that they will get back to me ........... I'm still waiting for the phone call ...........

John Keeble is by far the best garage in and around Ipswich. The staff here cannot do enough for you, especially Willem who is just incredibly helpful and attentive. I would never go to any other garage in the area, the service here is first class and having been a customer for many years I can honestly say I have never had a single issue with anything from purchase through to the MOT service they provide. The whole team are incredible.
