The lady Nikki made it a good experience and helped me so much ad I was quite nervous to switch to hybrid, she took me on a test drive and made me feel so comfortable. Also tried her hardest to get me the colour o wanted but unfortunately wasn't able to happen but I can say I'm so happy with what I have and with a bad back condition the drive is very comfortable and after 25yrs of driving manual this automatic is amazing for my back. Great service so happy with the car.
Lowestoft Branch Not sure why they bother offering a complementary wash when they don’t even do a half decent job. 2024 Mache in numerous times for recalls and faults, and every time the wash has made the car look worse with smearing everywhere and little to no dirt removed. Have to immediately take to car wash. They very kindly offered to take back in today but I was pushed for time so I’ll take to a local hand wash to sort it later. They did say they would raise it.
John Grose Ipswich Jaecoo Appalling aftercare and customer service. We had our Jaecoo for just 4 days before reporting multiple ongoing issues. Given the seriousness of the faults and the significant financial commitment we made through a PCP agreement, we requested to cancel the deal, receive our £3,000 deposit back, and terminate the finance agreement. However, we were incorrectly told that the 14-day cooling-off period does not exist. The vehicle has genuine faults, all supported by photographic evidence. As a result, my wife no longer feels safe driving it and has completely lost confidence in the car. This is extremely disappointing, especially as we were excited about owning a brand-new vehicle and had already invested in accessories, including new car seats for our young children. To make matters worse, we were initially contacted by the service department and told the vehicle had a manufacturer recall. Shortly after, we received another call claiming this was a mistake and that they had confused our car with another. Unfortunately, this explanation does not inspire confidence. The dealership currently has the vehicle but has stopped communicating with us entirely. All we have asked for is a fair resolution: the return of our deposit and cancellation of the PCP agreement. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing from start to finish.
Very helpful support throughout the whole process from Terry, finishing with James. Very patient service to get us the very best quote to meet our needs. Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful all round. My family have been using John Grose for over 30 years; despite living over an hour away and having other Ford garages much closer, we have never ventured elsewhere as they always been the most reliable, honest and cost worthy dealer.
At the point of a breakdown (mental) on Saturday about my car needing looking at. Jenna in the Lowestoft branch got us in, and although they were to busy to look at it, actually told me the truth l, kept me infor wd every step of the way and by Monday 1pm, I have picked up my car all fixed. Even had a little clean while it was there. Your a superstar Jenna and the whole team. Thank you thank you thank you.
Purchased a Ford Puma second hand from Lowestoft branch, had to say how impressed I was from the salesman Ben Harper. Very informative and helpful, not pushy at all. He made it a pleasurable experience, took time to go through all controls and features. Would highly recommend Ben to any future customers.
