We went to John grose as our old car let us down. Met David lister, we gave him our requirements ie large boot space. He had a little chat to find our what type car we were looking for this included price milage and extras. David found our car with no pressure at all, the car came over with in hours, we checked it over, ask for some small bits to be sort. With in week we have a fantastic new car. Great service very thankful.
What a brilliant experience, buying our first new car was! We went for a Geely Starray EM-I and the sales team were amazing. Ryan was so helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. We never felt pressured to buy a car, but we were given honest information and figures for the car and finance, then encouraged to have a think before deciding. Nothing was too much trouble! We were really impressed by the Geely, so much so, after testing out 7 other electric cars, we put in an order and are now driving our new EX5 and it doesn’t disappoint. Thanks to Ryan at the dealership for getting us in our car, for not being a “pushy” salesman and for making the whole experience a smooth and enjoyable one. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family who are looking to upgrade. Would highly recommend.
We had a really positive experience when dealing with Patrick throughout the process of buying our new car. From initial contact through, the test drive, sale of our car and picking the new car up, we couldn't fault it. We never felt unduly pressured into the sale but always felt we were told all about the different aspects of the sale. Patrick's knowledge on the car and knowing about everything to do with the paperwork for both buying and selling our car was excellent. Made it stress free for us. Likewise, when we did the handover, he spent a lot of time going through all of the things the car does, and that is a lot on the Chery Tiggo 8. Our Granddaughter particularly enjoyed the Chery Panda :) We very much recommend John Grose, and Patrick in particular.
The available models of the car were explained clearly and straightforwardly. The process of completing the paperwork was very simple and proceeded without any complications. The collection day went very smoothly and the functions of the car which I warned familiar with were explained clearly. Oscar Lansbury handled everything very professionally.
Very professional, efficient and enjoyable car buying experience from start to finish. Terry Harvey our Sales Advisor was very communicative and helpful throughout the process from ordering the vehicle to eventual handover. He was very informative and helpful with the technical aspects and features of our new Ford Kuga Active on collection of the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our very positive experience.
