I chose to buy a car from Ian Shammon Ltd after checking out various dealerships in Lincoln and am really glad I did. Very straightforward and helpful advice from Ashley with space to check things out at leisure. I chose the car and collected it a week later after servicing etc and found that they had replaced brakes and tyre that were only advisories from the previous MOT, which I thought was excellent service and the sign of a top-notch company - the car was valeted beautifully too. Ashley took the time to explain all the modern bells & whistles that I was unfamiliar with which I really appreciated. This dealership has very high ratings which are well deserved and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Not having purchased a car for some while, I anticipated the process might be daunting but my experience at Ian Shammon Limited was brilliant! No high pressure salesmanship - just a friendly, informative, professional service. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. As it was my first time looking for a used car i thought best to look online and see what it came up with. Having read good reviews on Ian Shammon used car dealers, i decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I was welcomed and treated as a valued customer by Ashley, he was a great help from initial contact to finalising everything.
