Enquired on Gumtree and was called very quick offering a viewing whenever available. I was met by Munib who took time answering questions and took the car for a test drive, and shortly after made the purchase. They are very fair and do not pester you and respect if you want time to think. The car itself was in very good condition, low mileage, and full inspection was encouraged. After the purchase Munib followed up with me to ensure the car was satisfactory and if he could help me with anything, and also offered a free car wash from a site nearby. Very happy with the car and experience with staff, trustworthy and knowledgable.

Recently bought my Toyota Yaris from these guys and it was a pleasant experience. The car was in the condition as expected. Munib was great and let me test the car as I needed to satisfy my worries.

I had bought a 2009 honda civic from these guys a while back and boy was it quite a horrible experience. I wanted to post something but kept forgetting, so here it is. I had initially paid to reserve the car as I was only planning to buy it a month later, which was non-refundable. I later realised that there were quite a few caveats: 1. I later found out that all the brakes were rusted up and needed replacing, he told me he could get the price for this along with an MOT and service discounted down to around 100-150 on top of the car's price, I agreed due to him saying this. When I got there I ended up having to pay 300 pounds more. Felt completely ambushed with this. 2. He told me on the day I arrived that the left window had an issue, and he tried bringing an electrician to come and fix it. Ended up waiting hours for this, just for them to not be able to do so. This was minor but should've been disclosed earlier - I kept chasing him in that one month asking for any issues with the car after paying my deposit. 3. He told me that the car had a full service history, but when I asked him for where it is, he said that he may have misplaced it and will try and find it -- absolutely no follow up after that. This was pretty detrimental as now this is going to affect my selling ability for the car thanks to his lie. 3. Literally while driving back after buying the car, I suddenly got an ABS fault which was causing problems everytime I slowed down. I ended up having to drive all the way back to London to get it fixed. The cost to fix it was covered by him, but the cost in fuel for me to drive back to London itself was that much so didn't make a difference to me. 4. I later found out since the suspension was feeling a bit rough, I took the car later to a garage to find out that there were MAJOR suspension issues with the car along with the AC compressor not working, for which I ended up shelling out around 1500 pounds extra. I have had to conduct a lot of extra repairs on my own to keep this car in operable condition now, which is FAR more than I had expected. Throughout this saga, it felt IMPOSSIBLE to contact them, I had to call and spam text multiple times to be able to get their attention for any issues I had, so any aftercare I assumed they would have felt non-existent, so I have just stopped contacting them and tried to deal with it on my own. This has been a very regrettable experience and I see now why others have been posting negative reviews about this place. The lack of communication and dishonesty in their selling practices is very clear, it doesn't even feel like a dealership, and more like just a reseller, it is a gamble with whether you get a good or bad car at this dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place.

We travelled 250 miles to pick up what we were told was a car in good mechanical condition….got to the garage to initially find the door had been replaced and was done in the wrong colour. This raised my husbands suspicions and on closer inspection under the vehicle, he found the front crash bar was bent under, no under cover, radiator insecure, intercooler pipe was rubbing and the whole front bumper was insecure and held together by cable ties. My husband has been in the trade for 30 years so knows what he’s looking at. The salesman said they had no mechanical knowledge so didn’t know. We took it for a test drive to see how it ran, we got to the end of the road and turned around due to the severe shuddering from the gearbox. Again, we were told they didn’t know. Obviously we wanted a car and they wanted a sale so we test drove a Range Rover….there was a distinct turbo noise and oil all over the top of the engine. The young boys there couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic but none of them had any understanding of mechanical problems, they were there to move the cars round and make them look pretty. So we had to spend out on train tickets to get home, not cheap. After a weeks battle we managed to get back our deposit. We had paid the garage \xa350 to put new breaks on the rear that came up as an advisory on the MOT after being told there were no advisories. We have yet to get that \xa350 back and all calls and emails have been ignored. We are now taking this matter further and getting Trading Standards involved to get back the money we are owed plus investigate the fact that they are admittedly selling cars they know nothing about. The car was re advertised for sale as soon as we left despite being told the dangers of it. I do not recommend this garage at all.

Absolute waste of time and petrol going here, would rather take the bus the rest of my life than purchase a vehicle from these unprofessional people. Told me over the phone they had everything ready for the car i.e logbook etc, on arrival they claimed they did not say they had logbook to hand and car was in the crappiest state. Waste of a journey from birmingham
