I purchased a Mercedes GLA 200 from this dealership in 2020 and was assured it was a clean, accident-free vehicle with no adverse history. Following a non-fault accident in 2026, an engineer's inspection revealed extensive previous repair work, including significant filler in the rear door and quarter panel that pre-dated my ownership. Although the vehicle history report was clear, these repairs were never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The discovery has caused considerable complications with my insurance claim and has left me with serious concerns about the transparency and quality checks carried out by this dealership. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to obtain an independent inspection before purchasing a vehicle from this garage. Disappointing experience.
Really great service from Sean got me a 3 year warranty and a full PPF on the car this is my second car now and I would definitely recommend asking for him at the front desk he was very helpful and easy to talk too and very knowledgeable about cars enjoyed having a nice chat about cars with him 10/10 service highly recommend.
