Had a great experience with Craig Thomson at Arnold Clark. He was friendly, funny, and really honest about the car from the start. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell, which made the whole process feel relaxed and genuine. The locking nut key was not included with the car, as a result I could not change my tire when I got a flat. I rang the stoke-on-Trent branch but, As I live out of the area, I am required to use a closer branch. I was required to ring multiple different branches and speak to multiple different people/ departments myself in order to sort who, where and when my car was to be fixed (locking nuts removed and replaced with new that comes with a key). I would of thought the stoke branch would of taken a more active roll in fixing the issue, as the fault was theirs, rather than me. I was also told that a courtesy car is not available for use and the branch is not willing to take the cost of hiring one for me which leaves me without a car. All in all the after care has much room for improvement.
I’ve used Arnold Clark for over 10 years now and every time I deal with them it’s made very easy, simple and the staff are very professional, I’ve dealt with Micheal and Ross at the seafield store and found them to be very helpful and there level of customer care is excellent they made the whole process easy and quick with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend Arnold Clark to friends and family and special mention to Micheal and Ross
