We had an amazing experience with Arnold Clarke. We brought our car from the West Bromwich branch and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Peter Taylor was very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The communication was excellent and Peter answered every question I had no matter what time of day it was if either I messaged or called. No pushy sales experience which was what put us off using other companies. Our car needed to brought over from Scotland, today after 5 days we drove away with our car with no hassle. As soon as our car arrived into the branch we received good quality photos and videos from Peter himself through the Arnold Clarke app. The app is great for reading all information and the documentation for your car. Our car was ready to pick up today - it was such an easy handover, and we are so pleased with our new car. Thank you to Peter for helping us find our car. We had a very positive experience and will be definitely using again in the future!
I purchase a car and retuned to the branch less than twenty four hours later because of a cigarette smell in the cabin of the car .I do not want to keep the car all they would offer was a valet which I think is unacceptable as this smell lingers for ever in the fabric . So be very careful sit in the car for a while before you drive off BEWARE

What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell, which made the whole process feel relaxed and genuine. The locking nut key was not included with the car, as a result I could not change my tire when I got a flat. I rang the stoke-on-Trent branch but, As I live out of the area, I am required to use a closer branch. I was required to ring multiple different branches and speak to multiple different people/ departments myself in order to sort who, where and when my car was to be fixed (locking nuts removed and replaced with new that comes with a key). I would of thought the stoke branch would of taken a more active roll in fixing the issue, as the fault was theirs, rather than me. I was also told that a courtesy car is not available for use and the branch is not willing to take the cost of hiring one for me which leaves me without a car. All in all the after care has much room for improvement.
I’ve used Arnold Clark for over 10 years now and every time I deal with them it’s made very easy, simple and the staff are very professional, I’ve dealt with Micheal and Ross at the seafield store and found them to be very helpful and there level of customer care is excellent they made the whole process easy and quick with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend Arnold Clark to friends and family and special mention to Micheal and Ross
