This is the first time I've purchased a car from GC Motors and based on this experience I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future. I dealt mainly with Noah Di Virgilio as my salesperson who was very friendly, attentive and professional, and I can extend these compliments to every member of staff I spoke to at GC Motors, particularly Robert who took care of things when I came to collect the car. A big thank you to everyone at GC Motors!
Absolutely brilliant experience with GC Motors. I bought my Audi RS3 from them and couldn\u2019t be happier with the car or the service I received. A special mention to Matt, who was great from start to finish. He was helpful, kept me updated throughout and made the whole process really easy and stress free. My family has been dealing with GC motors for a very long time. And they know who we brothers are. Mohammed and Shazad my brothers have purchased many cars over the years. But was dealing with Phil from the sales and he was using silly sales tactics as someone else is also interested in the bmw m340d that\u2019s the typical sales strategy and I have been buying and selling cars for many years. Even though our car is better and worth more he did not really want to help and was just trying to get more money out of us towards a deposit. Bring back the old staff who really knew how to get a sale and build customer relations. Thanks but NO thanks Phil. Would rather deal with someone else from your company.
My partner and I just bought a Ferrari from GC motors and it was a very pleasant experience. Matt Coates was the sales guy and he was a pleasure to do business with. There was no hard sell at all he simply explained the features of the car and how it all worked in simple terms (which I appreciated as I am not at all technical!) we decided to buy the car as we felt reassured that it was a good deal as Matt came across as honest genuine (unlike many car salesmen we have experienced in the past). The purchasing process was simple and we collected the car a few days later. The communication was excellent throughout and I would highly recommend GC motors if you are considering buying a premium car. All of the staff were super friendly whilst being very professional, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Matt followed up to ensure we arrived home safely and had no problems or questions along the way.
A friend and I agreed to buy a 2019 white Range Rover from GC Motors in September last year. It was bought to take to my house abroad and thought the colour would suit the area. Upon purchase and full payment we were told parts were on back order. A month later I collected the car and live thirty miles away. We drove over three days and there was eight problems. I called GC Motors and they collected it. In the meantime I read a review about this car on Google by the previous owner. All the same faults. I was told two previous local owners, the V5 says seven. I agreed to one last chance to rectify, four weeks later even worse. I asked for my money back and they offered \xa310000 less. I have passed all this to North Yorkshire trading standards, who are already conducting an investigation. Update, GC Motors called me literally within five minutes of writing this review and asked what it would take to remove my review. I said return my money legally entitled to. No response since. I can not reiterate how unprofessional this disgraceful company is, AVOID!!

I recently purchased an Audi Q4 e-tron Quattro. Really positive and professional buying experience from start to finish. The process was dealt with over the phone as I live 3 hours south of the garage I dealt with Noah for this and he ensured all question were promptly answered. Noah sent a detailed video to show the car which was really appreciated. Thank you.
