Purchased a new E-Custom Transit from Furrows. Tim Trewin answered all my questions and dealt with the paperwork and vehicle handover absolutely perfectly from start to finish including a very detailed handover explaining all the new tech in the vehicle - perfect, thank you
Absolutely shocking from start to finish. The sales advisor I dealt with had very limited knowledge on what I was to order and what came with the packages. I ended up with no charging unit or sockets in the rear of the vehicle, this I really wanted as priority as I told him several times, he said it came with the package. I ordered a factory fit towbar but when the vehicle came, it did not have one, no one even checked when the vehicle arrived. It was not validated when I went to see it, the vehicles back campartment was full of water, footprints and muck over the vehicle. It had even been cleaned. I was then told that a factory fitted towbar was not available and I was offered a poor alternative. The sales assistant didn\u2019t really have a clue On what would fit or not fit, and if I left it up to him, they would\u2019ve budged some sort of towbar to my brand-new Ranger Wildtrack X . I will leave this here as I could go on for a long time about my shocking experience.
