I wrote a previous review saying how disappointed I had been following an enquiry. Following that review I was immediately contacted by FOW asking what they could do to make it right and they were very apologetic. As it was I didn't end up buying the car but they kindly put it on an extended hold to allow me time to consider it further... I am pleased to say they have been amazing since and if I could delete my previous review I would, but can't due to time baring....anyway....thank you FOW...you clearly do still care....
We went to FOW looking for a specific car. We found what we were looking for and asked for the keys to have a proper look. Dee asked if we needed any help, he showed us all the controls and took us for a test drive. He was extremely helpful and informative. At no time did we feel pressurized into buying the car. That was very important to us as we like to make our own decisions once we have thought it through. Dee gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. He is an asset to FOW and we wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again in the future.
We purchased a vehicle and noticed all 4 tyres were cracked around the tyre wall. Contacted FOW ( took 4 times to even get a response). Following the response I finally got they’re refusing to change the tyres saying they’re completely legal and recently had a PASS on the MOT when it should have flagged up as an ADVISORY at the least. It seems once once these crooks have your money they don’t give a shit. We now have to replace all 4 tyres ourselves just so we have complete trust Talk about after care.
Had a really positive experience at FOW. Millie was in charge of my sale and she was brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all my questions and queries, she is a real credit to the team. Hand over of car was seamless and no hassle, very happy with my new car. Thank you!
