The warm welcome from the reception staff, being given the the car keys, taken to the vehicle and informed to take our time start the engine check whatever we wanted but please do not move the vehicle. When we are ready come back to the office. All very calm and relaxed no pressure. Ibrahim arranged the test drive and paperwork no hassle
Went to view a car , wasnt prepted so was not in a good state , was told they only do repairs once a deposit is paid or its purchased. Staff were clueless and to top things off they had unsatisfied customers in the office , customers whos own expericence would put anyone off purchaseing. Must have told the sales rep i didnt want there finance but that went on deaf ears kept trying to push to go through it. So i just got up and left. This dealership is not the place anyone should use if looking for a family car.
I wrote a previous review saying how disappointed I had been following an enquiry. Following that review I was immediately contacted by FOW asking what they could do to make it right and they were very apologetic. As it was I didn't end up buying the car but they kindly put it on an extended hold to allow me time to consider it further... I am pleased to say they have been amazing since and if I could delete my previous review I would, but can't due to time baring....anyway....thank you FOW...you clearly do still care....
We went to FOW looking for a specific car. We found what we were looking for and asked for the keys to have a proper look. Dee asked if we needed any help, he showed us all the controls and took us for a test drive. He was extremely helpful and informative. At no time did we feel pressurized into buying the car. That was very important to us as we like to make our own decisions once we have thought it through. Dee gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. He is an asset to FOW and we wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again in the future.
