Firstly, the Manageress who conveniently arranged an appointment to have my car looked at was most helpful. Eloise at service reception looked after me while I was in branch, arranged for Matthew the technician to check my vehicle as I had been experiencing a rattling sound underneath. It didn’t take Matthew long to find the issue near the suspension. Due to wear & tear, front drop links had worn, replace the parts and do so under my Manufacturer's Warranty.
I recently purchased a new car and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. There was a good selection of vehicles available, and everything was clearly explained so I could make the right choice. A big thank you to my salesman, Arnie, who was excellent throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood all the options, and kept me updated during the process. His customer service really stood out and made the experience much more enjoyable.
