Firstly, the Manageress who conveniently arranged an appointment to have my car looked at was most helpful. Eloise at service reception looked after me while I was in branch, arranged for Matthew the technician to check my vehicle as I had been experiencing a rattling sound underneath. It didn’t take Matthew long to find the issue near the suspension. Due to wear & tear, front drop links had worn, replace the parts and do so under my Manufacturer's Warranty.
