What a fantastic company to deal with. From my initial auto trader enquiry to the follow up messages, phone calls right through to the day before and the day of delivery of my car. Such fantastic people who made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Thank you so much.
I would like to give 5 stars but I have to be honest.I cannot fault the service from the sales people at the garage very help full and pleasant and go out of there way to help. What I do need you to be aware of is that you must get the car checked over by a mechanic before purchasing. I never and it is has cost me sofar \xa3600 in parts and \xa3210 in diagnostics first of all, 1)\xa3150 BMW to get a full diagnostic report and 2) \xa360 from another garage, where they cannot complete a full diagnostic because BMW do not give them access to the complete diagnostic codes. They may well give you a 3 month from A1 warranties gold level which really means nothing, but like all insurance companies it only covers certain parts. My parts that I will have to pay for are fan belt and water pump pulley which are perishing you don't expect to pay for these after parting with your hard earned cash, and if these go will cause the engine to overheat and you don't want that if you are travelling on the motorway. I will purchase another car from them but this time I will get it fully checked over before parting with \xa39000.
