Just bought a lovely Kia from FM car sales - couple of issues to begin with (unforeseeable), in regards to picking up the vehicle, however it was quickly resolved and he couldn't do enough to rectify the situation. The car is in amazing condition, exactly as described and pictured. Drives well too. I drove 2.5 hours home without an issue. Can't recommend this place enough, the was absolutely no pressure at all, just a pleasant chat.
Collected a Land Rover Discovery 3 from Farouk at FM Car Sales after finding it online for a family member. We travelled from Nottingham and purchased purely based on his detailed photos and a walkaround video he kindly provided. The vehicle was exactly as described and performed flawlessly on the long drive home. Communication throughout was faultless and Farouk was extremely helpful with arranging collection and answering all our questions and genuinely just an all-round great guy to deal with from start to finish. I bought a 2008 Saab 9 3 convertible just over a year ago. I could not view vehicle at the time as I was recovering from surgery. Farouk described the vehicle exactly & drove the vehicle a considerable distance, (just north of Derby) accompanied by his Wife in a second car for the return journey. Bought a toyota avensis today 1 owner on a 2001 reg and it was pristine will full toyota service history and only 56k on the clock. Drove it home and it' drove like it's just come out of the dealers when 1st new. I can highly recommend buying from this garage as we have bought before with no issues and the owner has a wealth of experience and is very trust worth and a pleasure to deal with. 5 star service Thank you
