Very rude behaviour from the owner kept ringing my phone asking what time i will get the car DO NOT RUSH THE DRIVER he makes the driver come late hours of the night to drop the car I rather have a carry over and drop at a dealership then deal with this guy (Abdul) also will not offer you a lift to nearest train station which is no problem but shows you the type of person you are dealing with considering you have delivered the car safely 100s of miles away he can\u2019t take you 1000 yards down the road I\u2019ve been treated much better by dealerships hence I refuse any job I get at this place! No stress with dealerships and they give you a leave way even the lads in the office laugh at the way this guy operates waits all night for the car
They are really caring about their customers or potential customers. We were on the path of buying a Tesla, and we changed our mind during the financing process (our fault because we didn\u2019t researched in advance the restrictions that come with financing). All the way the service was amazing, even the finance broker was very understanding of our situation and walked us through all the options. Exclusive Cars refunded the deposit immediately, no hassle, no questions. I would truly recommend them. Thank you.
Never had such great experiences like this before with such a dealership. I would think buying my first car online will be too stressful but Abdul and Mahdi proved me that it would not necessarily be. They helped me from the day one with the quote, finance options, video call car check and available options to upgrade and even car transportation with a very affordable price if you can not go to the dealership to get the car. The process is very smooth, the Supagard is something I would highly recommend if you want a shiny coating for your car. Abdul even stayed up late after working ours to support my every needs. Much appreciate his and his team help.
Well what can I say, what a fantastic set of guys to deal with, from the moment we first spoke all the way through helping me sell my vehicle to putting me in a great Model 3 Performance Tesla these guys have been a joy to work with. I dealt initially with Abdul the MD then his colleague Aleem and final on sale day Maydi, these guys simply made the process a great one, anyone looking to sell there car and not have to mess about listing it online and going through the conventional route I would highly recommend them. The guys at Exclusive provided an amazing service from start to end. Really happy with my new car, and to top it off the experience at Exclusive was excellent. I organised a viewing of the car at short notice and the guys were happy to accommodate. I was made to feel welcome and we got chatting straight away. These guys are car people and knew everything about the vehicle I was buying. They took care of all my requests and the communication was top notch all the way through. Delivery and after sales service was great too - a remote handover of the car, apps transferred outside of usual business hours (at my request) and a friendly call to check everything was ok. Even suggested ways I could save on insurance (without any affiliation)! Genuinely nice guys providing a great service. Cheers chaps!
