7 weeks into buying a vehicle and had 2 minor issues with the car but the aftersales service has been perfect . On both occasions I've been told to take it to a local garage at my own convenience who have looked at the vehicle , all without the need for loads of form filling and the bill has been sorted by the Ex Police car team without any issue . Any used car can have an issue but the way my problems have been dealt with is second to none .
Bought a Peugeot 3008 , engine light came on after a month , garage sorted the light . Another month light comes on again , was told to take it to a garage near me , ok I thought the warranty would sort it , DPF filter , caused the engine light came. This can\u2019t be cleaned or sorted , a new one from Peugeot , warranty refused to pay as high mileage . Bill from garage \xa32100
16 days, multiple phone calls, and I\u2019m still chasing my refund after reserving a vehicle that turned out to be in far worse condition than advertised. I called again today and was told I\u2019d receive a call back within 20 minutes yet again, no phone call. At this point I really wish I\u2019d listened to the other reviews. I\u2019d like my refund processed immediately. White suzuki Swift **** I agreed to amend my review once my refund was recieved. That means once the money is in my account. Once the checque clears, i will amend the review. I donr appreciate being hounded especially since there was no urgency from your side to refund me in the first place****
Excellent service! I recently bought a car from The Ex Police Car Centre. I live two hours away, and when the car arrived, there was a minor issue with it. However, their team was incredibly helpful and immediately agreed to compensate me so I could get it fixed locally. Fantastic communication and great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Wow what an absolute disgrace of a place!! Paid \xa36000 for a car that had engine failure after 8 weeks with multiple other failures. Found out the car was a recall from Vauxhall and to take it to Vauxhall for it's recalled issues. Over \xa33000 worth of work needed to fix it!!! Obviously couldn't afford that as it took me ages to save the \xa36000 for the car. You don't buy a car for that amount of money and expect it to be worthless in 8 weeks.
