Not Richard’s fault at all and he helped the best he could but total miss communication at sale on what’s included in guarantee and no booklet given upon sale. Was not impressed I had to pay nearly £280 on my car when I only got in febuary and the issues it had are totally out of my control. Quite disappointed really. Abbie
We had an amazing sales assistant called Richard at the Wigan branch, he encouraged us the think outside the box and consider an electric vehicle, was very professional and informative. We are now the proud owners of a fully electric car and we are extremely happy with our purchase of a Vauxhall grandland
Ryan Street at Evans Halshaw Manchester has provided excellent customer service. I am a trustee of a small charity and we got the opportunity for a grant to buy an electric van, a game changer for us. Suffice to say for various reasons out of my control and Ryan's control it was a long, complex and stressful process. At times I thought we would not meet the funders deadline to get the van. Ryan was unfailing polite, helpful and most importantly had a 'can do' attitude. Thanks to his amazing patience and help today we picked up our van, something that was a distant dream a year ago and something we had one chance to get right. Thank you Ryan!
Went to Chery Darlington this afternoon for some technical advice on my Tiggo 7. Chaotic parking, no customer bays available. Sales staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their computers, asked for the Service Dept and was directed through a wall to someone who told me they “hadn’t done Chery training yet” so no help at all. Do better Evans Halshaw.
