I was asked to leave a review for Evans Halshaw when I bought a car from them in March and, at the time, the service seemed great so I left a 5-star review. Two months later, I have deleted that review because Evans Halshaw still have not repaid my £99 deposit and also failed to complete the service on the vehicle before handing it over, despite telling me this would be done. I am constantly having to call and email to chase both the return of my deposit and to arrange for the promised service to be completed locally in Plymouth, but my calls and emails are mostly ignored. On the rare occasion I do get a reply, I receive another excuse as to why my deposit has not been returned, followed by no further response. To make matters worse, when I bought the car, they weren't even courteous enough to give me enough fuel to get home despite knowing I had travelled from Plymouth!!! It seems as though customer service is only extended to you prior to buying the vehicle. After you've left the forecourt in your new vehicle, if you have an issue you're just ignored like you dont exist. Very disappointed with the after-sales service and communication.
