A much better experience than last time. Dealt with Finlay Hill & Rhys in the service department. Both very responsive in customer service. Some process improvements post sale - such as what to do in the event of a fault within 2 days of getting the car and clearing old finance wasn't particularly timely, but overall, pretty hassle free.
Don’t spend your money with this crap company in Nottingham they have no complaints processing.I brought a car from them with a loads of faults two flat tires cracked windscreen faulty tires sensors blocked pollen filter and air filter had to changed the oil and oil filter and service the car which they should’ve done. They want sell you service plan for 500 pounds a year and maintenance plan which you don’t need they motto is get as much money out of these piggy bank called customers
I recently purchased a car from here and had such a positive experience! Ivan listened to my requirements and showed me a range of appropriate cars (great selection available!) He was very attentive and thorough, explaining all the different guarantee and cover options available for the vehicle. He also took his time to make sure I was comfortable with how everything worked before handing over the keys. He was friendly, efficient and not at all pushy which made this a pleasant and non stressful experience. I would definitely recommend Evans Halshaw based on this experience, thanks Ivan!
