I recently bought a Chery Tiggo 8 from Evans Halshaw Bedford, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish thanks to Louis. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and completely honest throughout the entire process. There was absolutely none of that high-pressure, pushy sales attitude you sometimes dread when buying a car. To top it off, Louis actually came into the dealership on his day off just to personally handle and complete the handover for me. That is next-level customer service. Drove an hour to view a relatively new grey 2008gt. The car was absolutely battered when we got there. Damage to virtually every panel. Interior was worn out and drivers seat ripped. Absolute waste of my time. Went to buy this cash, I'll be spending this elsewhere. Couldn't even get the attention of a salesman. Go elsewhere.
Must say I changed my dealers car not drugs😂 due to not being satisfied. I went into BYD at Rotherham The staff were very welcoming and approachable Patrick was the salesman who listened to exactly what I was looking for he showed me a number of vehicles and we had test drive in one which we decided against no pressure at all back to the drawing board we went and found one that was ideal.Patrick was extremely professional in sorting everything out for us which I appreciated we chatted and literally became friends he is a star 🌟 BYD are lucky to have such a pleasant professional person who is dedicated to his job which you can tell he enjoys .Also met the manager Lee who was very helpful and professional I witnessed staff interacting with Lee and could tell they are all a team and happy that must come from Lee the manager Good manager makes Happy Staff well done Lee 👍👍👍👍
