Excellent experience thus far from start to finish. Kian and Paul were incredibly diligent and helped explain to myself exactly what would be done to the car I was looking at and how everything would work. No pressure to buy from any of the personnel, and the whole process was handled very professionally from start to finish. The specific car I looked at was not at the dealer initially due to needing work but when it became available to view it had been clearly worked on in the ways described, and this could be seen quite easily on the car with a bit of poking around. Can't speak for the experience of others in this regard but for myself everything was as described. Car drove fantastically, was clearly well looked after and had very obviously been maintained well before being shown to me. Will update in due time as to after purchase service but thus far, nothing but positive experiences from my perspective. Edit as of 28/05/2026 Have had my car from Empressive for about two weeks now and can happily say i've had no issues at all. Everything which was detailed in the sales report had been done, the team refurbed the alloys of the car for the date of pick-up without a request to do so and provided some extra petrol to get me home which was a lovely gesture. As part of my routine I took it to an independent garage who have found no faults at all, and confirmed the detailed work had been performed, so all green lights here. Car happily drove to Southampton from Llanelli and back without issue and has felt great, no loss of fluids, no warning lights or failures. So far the only problem has been a headlight bulb, and if i'm being really nitpicky, the touch up pen paint wasn't the greatest in places but this isn't a problem by me as the car is 13 years old anyway, so is bound to have marks here and there, and you can only really see it up close. Cheers to the team at Empressive, already love the new car and i'm sure it'll keep me happy for many more miles!
