I highly recommend empressive motor company, I went to look at what cars they had and the staff were fantastic from the moment I arrived to the moment I left and chose the car I wanted, the process of waiting for the car to be ready for collection was fantastic and smooth and I was kept in the loop of what was happening and timelines of when the car was ready and then on collection day the car was ready at the front of the premises in all it glory, and as for signing on the dotted line it toke all of 20 minutes so sort all the paper work out and I was driving away in my new car.
My husband bought a Ford Fiesta from Empressive very recently. We cannot recommend them enough. Logan was one of the nicest salesmen we have ever come across, he wasn't pushy in the slightest and honestly could not do enough for us, finding us the perfect car despite our low budget and specific needs. Every other salesman my husband dealt with was equally as helpful. We picked up the car in pristine condition and all our requests were actioned. We're the type to keep our cars until they truly give up the ghost, but we will certainly be back in the future when the time comes.
Collected my ford fiesta today and have to say I'm absolutely chuffed with it, when we first visited empressive motor co, Logan greeted us kindly and understood our quite specific needs, wasn't pushy at all, unlike other garages we'd visited earlier in the day, and honestly couldn't do enough for us. Then while waiting for the car to get ready for collection, Kian kept in contact with me and gave me regular updates. Everything went smoothly and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend visiting when looking for a car
