We dealt with a lovely gentleman named Tom, it was great that he explained he hadn't been with the garage long but any answers or details he was unsure of he asked his manager and came back to us with the information. The staff were friendly, professional and the offices and forecourt were clean and smart. Tom was very polite and courteous and I received a call the next working day from him, checking everything was going well and there were no problems. An excellent experience overall.
I'd recommend EMG Haverhill because they are professional, knowledgable, thorough and courteous. I was travelling quite a distance to view the vehicle and wanted to make sure that if it was suitable I would be able to drive it away the same day. Nicky, the salesperson, was very accommodating. She did a meticulous video walk around of the car so I wouldn't have any surprises when I arrived, and ensured it was ready for me on the day. All the team were friendly and courteous and I'm very happy with the car I bought.
