I purchased my smart 451 convertible a month ago From start to finish the experience was a pleasure.. No hard selling or pushy salesman.. They answered all my questions without hesitation.. Took the car for a test drive and really liked it, there was slight fault with the door and I asked if it could be repaired which was no issue for them and it was done before collection as well as other small little extras ie.. Full service before collection.. I would highly recommend this garage nothing was to much bother for them and they kept my wife updated on all the progress of the car ie mot being done and so on. GREAT GARAGE GREAT EXPERIENCE
Nice clean low mileage Chevrolet estate with professional friendly service received by the staff Car is driving well though I was dissapointed to find the original tyre pump and battery charger that I was shown during the inspection had been removed when I picked up the car, especially as I had given them the asking price. I would happily buy another car from them again.
I have now purchased two cars from Ellahi Motors \u2014 a SEAT and a Skoda \u2014 and both have been excellent. From the outset, the buying process was straightforward, professional, and hassle-free. Both vehicles have been reliable and exactly as described, which gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. On one occasion I had to return for a battery replacement, and I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently this was handled. There was no fuss, everything was sorted quickly, and the team were helpful and accommodating throughout. Customer service has been top marks from start to finish \u2014 friendly, honest, and responsive. It\u2019s clear they take pride in what they do and look after their customers properly. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend Ellahi Motors and would happily return again in the future.
Recently picked up Mazda 2 from here and as my first "proper" car purchase I couldn't of picked a better dealership. Prior to going to look at the car the team answered all my questions and were really responsive to phone calls. On the day of viewing I was able to look at the cars they had available without feeling rushed or any pressure to get on with a sale. Once I walked in and introduced myself and explained why I was there the team were attentive but at no time did I ever feel the typical car salesman pressure. We took the car for a test drive and noted a small battery issue which the team had already known about and were ready to fit a new battery once the sale was confirmed at no extra cost. After such a lovely experience and finding the car that was right for me finalizing the sale was a no brainer, even whilst sorting this out the environment was relaxed and friendly and the gentleman who closed the sale was so helpful even when I was sorting my tax and insurance. Honestly I cannot recommend them enough and I know where to go in the future!
