I recently bought a car from this dealership and had a small issue with the grille shortly afterwards. As soon as I contacted them, they were incredibly helpful and professional. They asked me to bring the car back in, arranged the repair quickly, and even provided me with a courtesy car while the work was being carried out, which made the whole process completely stress-free. The customer service was excellent from start to finish \u2014 friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy. \u200bI recently purchased an Audi A4 Avant from Eco Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. \u200bWe did encounter one minor issue shortly after purchase\u2014which is always a possibility with any used vehicle\u2014but the true test of a dealership is how they handle things when they don\u2019t go perfectly. Matt was absolutely brilliant; he dealt with the situation promptly, professionally, and without any fuss whatsoever. \u200bIt is refreshing to find a garage that genuinely stands behind their cars and looks after their customers after the keys have been handed over. I\u2019m not recommending this seller at all. when is about the expensive cars.I buy a Range Rover Velar 2018, beautiful car. Before they delivered the car to me, they said will be serviced and valeted and they need few day , not a problem at all. The car has been delivered with a warranty of 3 months, not serviced not valeted on 12.12.2025 I open the bonnet and i found out there is oil liking from the turbo and more places, i report this to them , on the 27.12.2025 the engine was completely broken. They told me to find out a mechanic for a investigation. I found it i pay him to came at my home .i send the report to the dealership.On the 03.01.2026 they send a platform to colect the car for repairs\u2026 they keep the car for 3 weeks, and said there was a turbeo problem and they fixed\u2026 I received the car back on 23.01.2026, and the next day chek engine light came on..: again they ask me to go to a local garage to find out the issue, the mechanic find iut in the report , there is a EGR valve not working, the chain belt is loosing, the water pomp is not working properly, and a hig pressure on the engine with smoke coming out from the oil covercup\u2026 i send the report to the dealer, and that tine he said , he put a new engine on the car\u2026 I spoke with the finance and i agree to return the car to the dealer\u2026 when i return the car Matt he try to nicely kick me out after he received the keys, and try to find out more ways to make me pay for the car\u2026 i insist to him to make a video to the car tougher with him, and he get angry, when i get the phone to video the engine, he stop the engine and go to his office, then he came out and start insulting me and kick me out .. i forgot to say, that they trik the mileage on the guarantee paperwork he make the mot on 12.12.2025 wity 101.645 miles and they delivered to me on 16.12.2025 with 100.926 on the guarantee paperwork, but the real mileage was 101.850\u2026 The guarantee was 3 months or 3000 miles. So they just try to make that car gone from the guarantee so they don\u2019t have to spend eny money for this car \u2026 so far so bad experience with ecomotrs ltd, and Matt\u2026 the moat badly experience in my life with a car.
I live in same village as Eco Motors. I\u2019d looked everywhere for a new car and eventually the one I really wanted was only 5 mins walk from my house. Matt and the team are the best in the business! Friendly, informative, honest and their communication and willingness to help is outstanding. The car I bought needed a few jobs as it had just arrived at the garage. Matt leant me another car while the work was being done and every last detail I requested in the deal was accommodated with pace and enthusiasm. This is good old-fashioned customer service at its best, a rare thing! I simply can\u2019t recommend Eco Motors high enough. I\u2019ll be back there soon, my wife needs a new car!
