Would like to begin with thanking salesman John for his 5 star plus service. From walking into the showroom from finalising the purchase, he had been an absolute star. He really made us feel welcome, had incredible knowledge and really knows how to sell a car! I mean to say, the car pretty much sold itself due to it's impecible condition. Wow every single car that's for sale has really been taken care of. Never been to a dealership that takes such pride in their motors - ever! John took us on a test drive and explained the workings of the motor in depth and it was lovely to experience such good customer service it felt like I had known the fella for years. If I ever need a car in the future or if anyone I know does. I know where to point them. We had been to multiple dealerships in Kent and never had that feeling of such security of knowing the motors are legit, fairly priced, clean and safe. Genuinely cannot believe how amazing John and Gavin are.. not only is car IMMACULATE they looked after me.so well..I have phoned several times asking what button does what..did not feel like I was a nuisance...helped with paperwork...stressful experience made into a pure joy!!! They are professional, patient, kind and reassuring. I would recommend all my friends immediately..CANNOT believe the level of service..genuinely nice people...and you get coffee \u2615\ufe0f!!
