I would like to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the handling of my part-exchange arrangement. I was initially assured that my vehicle would be taken in part exchange without issue; however, I have repeatedly been asked to return \u201ctoday\u201d or \u201ctomorrow\u201d without any clear or valid explanation. Furthermore, I was informed that the vehicle I intended to acquire did not have a logbook and would be ready within two weeks. It has now been nearly two months, and I continue to receive inconsistent updates and delays without resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution, verify all details independently, and not rely solely on assurances provided, as I have found the process to lack transparency and reliability. Over the last year, I\u2019ve bought over ten cars from Eastside Motors for my friends from Hong Kong given the reasons that the shop owner always sell cars in good quality and price. More importantly, they always delivered after sales service in a very polite, generous and responsible manners. It is of paramount importance for customers if assistance is needed. Whenever some issues identified, they can always react and sort them out quickly without asking for a penny. All in all, it is a trustworthy garage as far as I know in Birmingham. I highly recommend it to a first time buyer who really needs a cheaper but reliable car.
