I would like to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the handling of my part-exchange arrangement. I was initially assured that my vehicle would be taken in part exchange without issue; however, I have repeatedly been asked to return \u201ctoday\u201d or \u201ctomorrow\u201d without any clear or valid explanation. Furthermore, I was informed that the vehicle I intended to acquire did not have a logbook and would be ready within two weeks. It has now been nearly two months, and I continue to receive inconsistent updates and delays without resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution, verify all details independently, and not rely solely on assurances provided, as I have found the process to lack transparency and reliability.
