The customer service doesn’t exist, and they are also not completely open and up front about the condition of their vehicles. I would be wary and just ensure that you do double check everything before you purchase from them.

I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Auris from this dealer and had an excellent experience throughout the process. The convenience of having the car delivered directly to my door in Exeter was fantastic and saved me considerable time. Jamal, who handled both the sales and delivery, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What impressed me most was that he gave me plenty of time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle without any pressure - a real sign of confidence in what they're selling. I've now owned the car for over a month, and it's been running great. The only minor issue I encountered was needing to replace the battery to get the start/stop functionality working properly, which is fairly typical for a vehicle of this age and nothing unexpected. The overall service, delivery convenience, and quality of the vehicle have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reliable used car with excellent customer service.
