My partner and I have just bought a car from Driven and couldn't be happier! We were super picky about what we wanted, but Driven had the exact car we'd been looking for. Tom was fantastic from start to finish\u2014really helpful and didn't mind answering any questions we had. The whole process was completely seamless and we\u2019re thrilled with our new car!
Lovely buying experience \u2026 so pleased with service from start to finish - Max was so helpful and no pushing to buy or forcing extra expenses on me \u2026 guided me through all parts of the process and part exchange services thanks. Will return when husband ready for new car
Recently travelled an hour to look at a car. We had called in advance the day before to let them know that we were coming and which car we were wanting to look at. We turned up and the car hadn\u2019t been cleaned or polished and hadn\u2019t looked like it had moved for a fair while. I\u2019m not sure why you wouldn\u2019t clean a car and get it looking pristine if someone had called in advance to let you know they are coming. They were washing cars literally at the side so I\u2019m not sure why this wasn\u2019t done. Customer service left a lot to be desired also, we gave details of our part ex when we initially called then ended up having to give them again when we arrived. We understand part ex\u2019s are usually lowballed but \xa31500 for a car that sells for \xa36000 is insulting. All in all we left feeling very disappointed that no effort had been made. when we said we weren\u2019t going to be proceeding after feeling insulted about the part ex price the salesman sniggered and said ok and we parted ways. If the car had been cleaned for our arrival and the customer service good we would have probably bought the car. Based on our experience I wouldn\u2019t entertain ever buying a car from driven of York. I have only read these reviews since coming back from the dealership and can\u2019t say I\u2019m surprised by the amount of low \u2b50 reviews.
Just recently purchased a 2021 Discovery Sport from Driven & we are absolutely delighted with the car . We initially left our deposit very late Wednesday evening & just 3 days later we collected the vehicle.. Full Range Rover service history with 1 owner the car is stunning. We dealt with Max who was extremely patient & nothing was too much trouble , any queries were answered confidently, really good customer service. Would 100% recommend this Company.
