Bought a car for my partner. The whole process was easy. James answered all my questions. When the car was delivered it was exactly as described. My wife loves the car and was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Doncaster Motors. I purchased a Tesla Model 3 from James and he was very friendly and down to earth. Him and his family were very accommodating and had vast knowledge of cars which I learned a lot from. When I came to view the car there was no pressure and I had all the time to take a good look at the vehicle. After purchasing it, James still provided help and support which was greatly appreciated. We honestly can't recommend Doncaster Moters enough, great communication, James went above and beyond to make our experience as stress free, quick and easy as possible. He let us take the car out for a test drive on our own, so didn't feel pressured. The car was pristine condition, inside and out. We knew straight away that we wanted the car (Tesla) so we put a deposit on it there and then as we knew it would be snapped up very quickly if we hadn't. We paid in full, the very next day (yesterday) once we had sorted our funds. Part exe'd ours in too. The whole process must have taken no more than 10 minutes to sort the paperwork out. James certainly knows his stuff and a total pro!!! He has even helped with advice when we brought the car home to tax it. I can't stop smiling. THANK YOU.
I purchased a Dacia Logan in April 2022. Our main car had just given up on us and I found this listing which was just what I was after. Imagine my suprise at travelling 140miles (almost 3 hrs) to turn up to find another very interested customer viewing the car. The first thing that came to mind is that surely they would play the two interested customers against each other to get the best sale, and I would be viewing the car under pressure. As a testament to their great customer skills, it was nothing like that. They told me that the other gentleman had turned up without an appointment and they had made it clear to him that I would be viewing the car, he would need to book an appointment if he was interested. They left myself and my wife alone to test drive and to view the car at our own leisure. Due to some small concerns I had, they were happy to take off a small amount of the price. As I was driving the car away, a warning light came up the dash and so I called them immediately. Unfortunately as it was a Sunday evening there wasn't anything that could be done, so we agreed that I would take the car to a garage local to myself the next day and we would discuss the next steps. It turned out to be nothing. I have had the car for almost 4 years and despite being a high mileage car at the time of purchase we have had no major issues apart from the general wear and tear of parts. I believe the car was advertised at \xa34500, which is the very low end of the cars they offer. Despite this, their customer care and service was second to none. Hence why I am returning to leave this review almost 4 years later. Having had a bad experience purchasing a car previously, my experience has restored my hope that there are honest businesses out there. I would recommend them as a business and despite their distance, they will definitely be my number one stop for future car purchases.
Purchased my BMW 1 series from here. James was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and knowledgeable as it was my first time buying a car. 5 months on and the car has no problems whatsoever. Car came in pristine condition. Even dropped it off to me when I arrived at the train station. James is also amazing even after the sale, providing advice and ongoing support. Couldn\u2019t recommend anyone better!!!!
