Recently purchased a vehicle from DirectPartX just over a month ago. I felt reassured from start to finish, took me on a great test drive so I could feel the car across all terrains. Price was excellent compared to other cars in the same range also. They were super helpful and honest, I left a few possessions in my old car that I part-exchanged and they dropped me a message so I could arrange collection of them also (live fairly local). My car also came with three months warranty included within the price. I would highly recommend Directpart X. Thankyou again guys!! Still need to find order some air freshener too as the product they used smelt AMAZING! 5*****
We called over from Huddersfield to view a car and we met these 2 young men who were so kind to us they picked us up from the bus station and showed us around the car which was a lovely car only reason we didnt buy it cause it was a diesel one we wanted a petrol they then drove us to the bus stop to get us back to Huddersfield how kind lovely people Thank you so very much for your kindness it ment so much to us yours sincerly Cath Clay and John Garside good luck in all you do mzny thanks .
We had a great experience from start to finish, we got recommended by a good friend of ours to go up as they\u2019d bought their car from here and I\u2019m so glad we did Wonderful company! We can not thank the gents at direct part x enough for being so patient with us and going above and beyond while picking a car to fit our little ones wheelchair in, even put it in the boot of the cars we was looking at to see if it would fit\u263a\ufe0f (and it\u2019s big heavy chair that goes into pieces I might add!) Bought my car 3 months ago now and never had any issues with it, we absolutely love it
