We bought our fiesta from Dinnages last year, great people, very helpful. This year the pistons failed, but Dinnages came through for us. Harriet was a star and negotiated for us with Ford, who covered most of the new engine cost, even though it was out of warranty. A bad situation was dealt with so well, frequent updates and support. Highly recommended.
I\u2019ve had my car repaired and serviced by Dinnages. Im very happy with the customer service , communication and the work done on my car. It\u2019s never cheap when repairing or servicing a car but I trust this garage completely. I\u2019d also like to mention Paul the service manager I believe, who made sure I was kept up to date with everything . He\u2019s a really friendly happy guy who makes a big difference when dealing with issues with your car so thank you Paul , excellent customer service .
Welcoming and friendly service and care from reception staff who clearly explained the work to be undertaken. Work carried out to high standard and within the timescale predicted. From start to finish Owen our sales Executive at Dinnages MG Worthing, made us relaxed with his friendly relaxed nature and in-depth knowledge of all the MG models. Having retired and no longer doing my 120-mile round trip commuting work, we decided it was time to reduce down to one vehicle and looking to become more environmentally friendly by moving from the two diesel vehicles we started our search by looking at migrating to a hybrid or full EV. Owen supported us with test drives in both the ZS and the MGS5 EV and was able to demonstrate the pros and cons of both. As we already have solar and battery installation at home, we thought it would be silly not to take advantage of them in with their cheep potential of charging an EV, So having chosen the MGS5, Owen again supported us in selection of the best payment option for us and his efficient handing of the respective PCC paperwork made the whole process easy. On delivery of the MGS5, again Owen spent as long as I needed to feel comfortable with its controls and at the end, including the offer to repeat it with my wife at a later date as unfortunately she was not available at the original handover. All in all, we can thoroughly recommend both Owen and Dinnages in making our new car buying experience an enjoyable experience.
I have just purchased a Ford fiesta & cannot praise Lewis enough, such a lovely young man, put no pressure on us & explained everything, he took care of all the paperwork which was amazing.
